We started Boojum because we wanted to work with people who were contributing to positive social change, but who normally would not be able to afford award-winning Information and Communications Technology professionals.
Most of what we produce is new media - websites, Intranets, online learning materials and CDROMs - but we are also well versed in print media, telephony and the design of manual processes, so that our recommendations are based on best-fit for your needs. To make ourselves more affordable, we have rigorous, efficient processes with everything in Plain English.
We prefer to develop long-term relationships, so that we can learn your needs and see the results. This enables us to offer you better value, as you gain a partner who is well-versed in your ways of doing things, and committed to making them work better.
We have a simple set of principles that govern what we do, and how we do it:
Principle 1: Quality = happiness. The quality is right when our customers are happy.
Principle 2: Simplicity is key. Humans do complexity without thinking. Simplicity takes more thought and is harder to achieve.
Principle 3: Good design is known by the goals it achieves.
